At our boutique, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Loveskiin experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

 

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT SERVICE TO BOOK?

We understand this process can be overwhelming, so we're happy to help! Book a free consultation to speak with us and determine what the best options are for you.

ARE THE SERVICE TIMES SET?

The service times are closely reflective, but may vary. The times are set to allow for cushion in case a client decides to include add-ons.

HOW MUCH IS MY DEPOSIT?

Sculpting Services and Facial Services ($100 and up) require a $50 deposit.

Facial Services (below $100) require a $25 deposit.


Waxing Services require a $10 deposit (depending on area).

Deposits are non-refundable but will go towards your final bill.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes. Deposits are required to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes towards your final service fee.

CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Of course. We understand life happens. Cancellations 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment results in no penalty. 

*After 2 consecutive cancellations you will be banned from booking with us in the future. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE?

Things happen and we try to be understanding, so you will be given a 10 minute grace period. Once 10 minutes has passed your appointment will be canceled

*After 2 consecutive late shows you will be banned from booking with us in the future. 

WHAT ABOUT NO CALL NO SHOWS?

Communication is key. So if for some reason you don't communicate with us that you'll miss your appointment, then it will be counted as a no call no show

*After a no call no show, you will be banned from booking with us in the future. 

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?

A mask is not required but PLEASE be considerate of yourself and others. If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of sickness (no matter how mild), then contact us and we are happy to discuss rescheduling your appointment. 

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

We work by appointment only. If it is a critical need please contact us at 704-712-5546 and we're happy to discuss further scheduling options.

HOW DO SKIINTIMATE POINTS WORK?

For every $1 spent, 1 Skiintimate point is earned.

*Points may not be combined with other discounts

*Points cannot be transferred to other accounts/people

*Newly added points will be available to use at your next visit

DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

Due to the nature of our services and retail items we do not offer refunds.
